About

British Columbia Canadian International School (BCCIS) - Shorouk City - Cairo

BCCIS opened its doors to 27 students and their families in September 2005. Since then, we are proud to say that we have grown into a community of over 800 students and more than 100 staff members, ranging from Early Childhood Education (ECE) to Kindergarten through Grade 12.
BCCIS implements the BC curriculum from KG2 to Grade 12.
The BC curriculum is ranked among the best education systems globally.
We strive not only to help our students become critical thinkers, but also to support their social and emotional growth, helping them become the best versions of themselves. BCCIS works diligently to recruit dedicated staff and retirees from many schools.
Our staff makes it their personal mission to provide individual support that meets the diverse needs of students, as well as offering support both inside and outside the classroom.
BCCIS considers itself a small community.
Faculty members build close relationships with students, helping to create an environment where academic and personal achievements can be realized.
We implement an "open door" policy, which provides opportunities for students to contact faculty members at any time for additional support.
